My first suggestion would be a couple of 4 quart drain & fill proceedures within a few days of each other, then a third one a week or two after that. Cheap, easy, and will likely help. If the problem persists, swap the above mentioned sensor for a new one.
Finally, put a tranny cooler on that thing!
