P0172 System Too Rich - Bank No. 1.
This is usually caused by misfires or a leaking injector.
Not sure what a P0461 is, but it appears to be grouped with the EVAP and fuel pump codes.
Before doing anything else, check the level of the transmission fluid. Low fluid levels will do that.
