I am curious wht brand gasoline everyone puts in there cars? And why? Along time ago I had a buddy that was really into VW's and he swore by Shell, and I have gone there ever since. I don't remeber his explantion why Shell was so good though -Jeff-

Shell since I share my dads account and the local T/A truck stop sells the cheapest diesel in town under Shell.

I used to put nothing but AMOCO 87 octane in my Contour. Now I go to the cheapest stations that I can find(as long as it has the capability of taking my debit card at the pump). Usually, this means Sheetz.

I use Chevron for many reasons: 1.The one by house is easy for me to go to and the pumps are new. 2.I can easily put the nozzle into my perma cap without having to remove the cap. 3.Chevron is supposed to be good, I think it is good, or atleast not bad as I haven't had trouble with it. 4.I like the orange juice that the chevron by my house sells 5.I think chevron is a cool name 6.It's made with something called techron. As long as RON wasn't a TECH at a ford dealer, then it should be good for the gas.
The only other places I have gotten gas are a wal-mart station, enmark, and BP. Only the wal-mart gas has given me trouble.

Meijer 87 octane
Always hittin up the meijer gas station for two reasons; first it's really close to my house, and second because they have 100% gasoline, the other stations in the area have prices within pennies, but use 10% ethanol. I'm not really sure if the pure gasoline is really much better for my engine, but i do it anyway.
