with the engine running and the brake on and the A/C on you have the engine overloaded... that is why the computer will
raise the RPM's up.. but you will not see it or feel it....
it reallly does not raise the RPM's up it just give it a little more gas to keep the RPM's at its normal rate about
800 rpm's so the car will not stall... you might have a problem with spark plugs, wires, etc or the IAC and it is not keeping the rpms's high enough to take car of the engine to keep it running fast enough.....
