NO CRANK symptom is normally battery cables, starter motor, or ignition switch/clutch interlock related. Plus, if you have PATS, things can get further screwed up.
You really need to provide clear and concise descriptions of the car's problems. This will avoid playing "20 questions".
The spark plugs cannot cause this problem.
As always, you need to provide the year, engine, and transmission information. We are not psychic.
