It could be I have some bad info, but Mitchell-On-Demand camshaft specs for an 00 SVT and camshaft specs (Taken from the MZ6 shop manual) from the 03+ Mazda6 3.0L are exactly the same as far as I can tell:
Same lobe lift (.188/.188 for SVT, .189/.189 for 6) Same end play (.025/.165 for SVT, same for 6) Same journal diameter Same oil clearance
Am I misinformed or is this no coincidence?

Yeah I read that thread before. Still doesn't address my question though, warmonger, DemonSVT and others have claimed the SVT cams are a little more aggressive than the standard 3.0 cams. I can't find my cam spec sheet for a standard 3.0 right now, but that is what everyone claims and I am looking to see if the SVT cams are indeed more aggressive in order to offer up to our MZ6 community as a mild, and cheaper upgrade than the $1,500 Cat Cams set.
But if they are the same, than it is pointless to junkyard dive for them.

When they say standard, I'm thinking they are meaning the Taurus 3.0L Cams......could be wrong though. Just my .02.

Good luck finding a decent supply of SVT cams, when they show up anywhere they are snapped up in an instant and not many yards are willing to break up a working SVT motor.

I'm looking for another person in the socal area that would be interested in testing some street ginds. Eric is going to get a set for his 3L, but I'm looking for someone in the 2.5 camp that would be interested to spend some time on a dyno. I have a set of race immediately avaliable, but don't expect power to come on until 4k rpm and will rev to 8k. Advertised duration on these are 300deg.  Scott, nick, anyone else?

Hey David,
Since my motor will (finally) be coming out soon, I suppose I could lend some time for testing while the 2.5 lump is still in there. I don't have a chip, so you won't get any data after I hit the fuel cut-off. Where's that, like 6750rpm?

I believe back in the fourms there is something that says all the cams are the same, except the SVT ones are slightly turned (like 6 degreese).
