well, i've put over 400 miles on the car now with the larger TB on...thanks to a trip down to San Diego this past weekend. I finally modified the cam part of the TB so it hit the manifold sooner to make the butterfly stop flat.... I too have the issue with the pedal sitting really low, so i have to modify it like you did. I think i had a really hard time on my gooseneck because I have a Cougar and our stock TB is sooooo much smaller than the 65mm one...its an understatement when i say it was a b!tch. My KKM intake hisses like crazy even at idle now....it feels as though it pulls harder up to redline and even part throttle acceleration is better (to be expected i think)...I will get it to the track in 2-3 weeks time.... i still need to get used to the throttle sensitivity and I want the ECU to learn as much as it can before i go to the track. I guess the next thing I would need to do is a larger MAF...but that is going to have to wait as I just began escrow on a house....hehhehe....
