My 98 GL has some really scratched headlight-lenses. Do i need to change the entire lighthouse or can i just get a new lens from somewhere?

Sealed units, whole assembly needs to be replaced. this E-Bay link shows you what it looks like.

Read this to...... You said scrathes, but hazing in a way looks like a bunch of scrathes. I have a 96, and just used Meguiars Plastx Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish. It is only $1 a pack at Autozone, I brought three, used about two though. Anyways it made my headlights look a lot better.

Yeah, what he said.
If it's small scratches you can buff them out. However, larger scratches warrant a new unit.
Don't unseal it and try to replace with a new clear cover. Some have done it, but they tend to leak and were never designed to be reopened...
