I know, I know, its gets a little melodramatic around here sometimes. But CEG is not like Jerry Springer at all.
The Springer show is a bunch of people you don't know, yakking about bizarre and titillating issues ("my father slept with my girlfriend!") that rarely happen in real life. It's sensationalism. It's "emotional dumping" as entertainment.
CEG is a community of enthusiasts, and a community of real people. A lot of times we discuss Contours. A lot of time we discuss our lives, or the way we are getting along with each other. There is friction, and we work it out. Sometimes we trout-slap someone and tell them how to fit in better. Mostly, we have fun.
