The torque increas with this mod is AWESOME. Part throttle and up to 3/4 throttle is totally like night and day compared to the SVT throttle body. I love this mod, and for the money you can't beat it. I think you have to have good exhaust and intake mods though to really feel the benefit of this mod.
For those who like engine noises, the sucking and whistling with this TB is prolly 75% louder, sounds COOL!

SVT TB is 60mm, and GT TB is 70mm inlet/65mm butterfly!

Doesn't anyone bore out SVT TBs?

I know when I owned a Honda & Talon, there were a bunch of people who would bore your stock TB and put a new butterfly in for you cheap!

Just asking. The Mustang TB would still be cheaper I am guessing.

Would a TB off a 96-98 Crown Vic work also? I'm wondering if it is the same part #, or is it a smaller ID?

Well, basically once Terry's shop is up and running and his research and parts are completed, he'll be doing tranny rebuilds that will make the gearbox bulletproof... I don't know the full details, but the rebuild is complete with LSD... laugh
