No its there all the time from the point i turn the car drive it around stop at stop lights etc..it will turn off as soon as the car is turned off no delay there its just always on when the car is... basically is someone here doesnt knwo i wanna make a list of things take it to my mechanic and be like yo check all this stuff for me ...
