also I forgot to add, if you're going to paint anything on the car don't paint it black. I think you should stay away from it since you've already got the white theme going on.
the only thing I'd do to the exterior of your car is paint the chrome piece above the reflector on the trunk. I would not paint the reflector at all...

with the white tour i would've gotten the white versions of the neo. the sides of the spokes are white with everything else the same as now. i'm happy with my 17" neos. i'd love the 19s but cant afford the tires nor replacing the stuff if damaged. my roads suck.
