Last year, one of my buds gave me a brake disc clock as a B-day gift. Being a car nut, and a brake guy...it was the perfect gift. (Ok, so a Ferrari would have been perfect, but this was pretty damn good) Anyway, it fit in perfectly in my basement "Man-Land".

For reference...

and...
Knock-off 2

Anyway, flash forward to last month. We were cleaning out some of the shelves here at work. We had a bunch of junk parts and prototypes that were headed for the scrap heap. I was looking at some of the stuff and thought "Man, that would make a sweet clock" . So, I snagged a couple parts (half of a Viper caliper and a Ford GT rotor) and tossed them under my desk.

This weekend, I had some time, so I pulled out the parts and headed off to the hardware store. A few hours of sanding, painting, clear coating and assembling...mix in a little JB Weld.....and Viola!

Over all, I am pleased with the result. It looks great here in the office. Although, until we find a good stud to hang it, its table top....~26lbs is a bit heavy for a little picture hanger!

Perhaps you should host your photos at Fototime or the like so we don't have to register to view them

Hey Tubs, I just lost my jengajam. Your ghetto pass has been revoked. You're no longer an honorary brother.

Crap. Didn't realize that you needed to register to view pics there. Is fototime free? Can you remote link?

Looks good. Now all it needs is the Brembo logo.
