What about the rest of it, specifically re-routing the header to go over the top of the transaxle? I thought that was a good idea.
In addition, the shaker scoop I propose is a throwback to the earlier days of Ford performance. The WRX scoop is part of the hood, and not mounted to the engine (although the cooler is). Look at the 69 Boss 302, and you will see what I mean.
