There has to be a place for everything and everthing in its place ) You are looking at 151. So 50 extra gets you the same thing from griots PLUS the lifetime warranty. Guess I didnt do to bad

Yup, seems like a decent deal.

The Meguiar's kit doesn't come with the sanding accessories, but does come with a 6.5" foam pad and perhaps a velcro backing plate.. for $226. So it's about a dead heat between Griot's and Meguiar's... The extra $howevermuch isn't personally worth it. And I wouldn't use the PC for both sanding and car work.. with my luck, I wouldn't clean all the sanding dust out and end up scratching my car all to hell

I've seen people getting a plastic toolbox for their PC and having enough room to store all their pads as well. One place for two things

Polish before NXT for better results.. #9, #80, or #82 would all make nice choices to keep it in the Meguiar's family. Any tiny swirls in your blue should disappear.

Shiney cars are Should really make a detailing thread in Aesthetics instead of cluttering up pics & videos...

Not if you got big muscles!!

#9 shouldn't be too bad by hand. web page You might even be able to find it at a well stocked Pep Boys. Maybe #81, Hand Polish. Clearkote's Vanilla Moose would also be a good choice. If your paint is in really good condition, you probably wouldn't need a polish..

Hop on the Porter Cable bandwagon!
