Probably not at the usual suspects - Pep Boys and such. You may want to look around for auto body supply stores and see if they carry Meguiar's products. If so, they can probalby order them for you.

Before jumping on DACP and SFP, I encourage you to also check out Poorboy's products.. They have a new SSR (super swirl remover) coming out in a couple days -- SSR2.5 -- that is supposed to be similar to DACP, but easier to use. Poorboy's discussions and webpage.

Depending on the condition of your paint, you may not need something as abrasive as DACP.. Check out #80, Speed Glaze, as an alternative to #82. #80 followed by NXT is supposed to produce nice results (I think you mentioned using NXT someplace). Review / discussion of #80 and some comparisions w/ #82.
