That's the exact same buffer that Meguiar's sells for $231.95!   That's a big mark up on that unit, just to have the Meguiar's name on the side. 
Seems like a very good unit though. There is very little information on it in the Meguiar's catalog, so reading the information at the link provided really sheads a lot of light on it.
