I can see a little bit of swirl marks on your hood but not very well. If I was you to remove these swirl marks I would use a soft orbital buffer found at Wal-Mart instead of those big heavy industrial like De Walt or Makita brand. Those will cause heavy swirl marks if not use properly. Believe me, the Wal Mart Type will leave amazing results. If very heavy scratches are found on the clear coat but not able to remove with anything. Try wet sanding the area with 1500 grade sandpaper. Use lots of water when doing this! Then wax that area with the buffer.
