He didn't like the handling, the interior material quality, seats weren't his favorite, the placement of a trunk release, and looks were of some concern.

I think that was it. Basically, he didn't find the interior to be as good as other cars in it's class. There is another recent thread that he linked his reviews to. I found the problems to be relatively minor or didn't agree at all, but when you spend 30k on a car, you better be happy with everything you can.
