-LS2 6.0L engine replaces LS1
-400 horsepower (295 kw)
-395 lb.-ft. of torque (546 Nm)
-Available hood with twin air scoops
-Revised rear fascia incorporating outlets for new split dual exhaust system
-Polished exhaust outlet tips
-Larger brake rotors and calipers
-Red-painted calipers with GTO logo on front caliper
-Driver foot rest
Two new colors: blue and grey

I'd be a little upset if I had bought a 2004.

As long as they don't raise the price much, they'll be alright.

Either way it sets the bar for the new Cobra.

But still no fix for the lack of trunk space (yeah, I know had to move the gas tank). Plus there goes the resale value of the '04s. Still cool, though.

Wow I would be so pissed if I bought a 04.

But those are indeed some impressive numbers. Wonder how the LS2 with the T-56 will stack up to the new Cobra?????

Well... it adds more to that is already good about the car. However, it does not address anything about it that actually needed improvement (not that more power isn't a good thing).

People are stil going to complain that it looks boring

It still looks boring.

I finally saw a '04 GTO this afternoon.

It may look like most of the other Pontiacs, but it was different enough to get my attention clear across an entire parking lot.
