Thanks for all of the suggestions!! I fixed the problem earlier today. It ended up being a bad ignition relay! I didn't relize that it was in the fuse box under the dash. For some reason I thought it was in the underhood box. In anycase, as I was going through the shop manual wiring diagram I noticed the ignition relay where I must have overlooked it the last 50 times I read the same diagram! I pulled one from a parts car and put it in this one and now it starts and runs beautifully. Thanks again for the suggestions.
