he said condensation...not hazing. it sounds liek they need pulled apart and to be allowed to dry. then re-seal them with some marine grade silicone caulking. a friend of mine did this in his SVT and it worked great. while your in there, paint the chrome trim in the headlight and remove the orange reflector.
