First of all, I didn't say he was a bad president. Sorry I didn't say RIP, but Mr. Reagan RIP.
I do believe that Reagan had something to do with the Soviet bloc falling. Reagan increased military spending and outspent the Soviets. And yes his economic policy did work, at some point. But Iran-Contra and Lebanon are some of the bad things. To me it was so-so.
