Assuming a zero friction enviro- the acceleration of gravity is the same wherever you are on earth.
Close but not quite - the force of gravity decreases with the square of the distance between the 2 objects F = G m1 * m2 / r^2. While relatively small, gavity would be less on the top of Everst compared to sea level. For the g force acceleration g= G m / r2 where r and m are the mass and radius of the earth. g has the value of 9.78039 x 10-1 m.s-2 at the equator and 9.83217 x 10-1 m.s-2 at the poles (since the earth is somewhat flattened at the poles). Diff would be bigger on everst
