CRC disc brake quiet is not a grease....It is that orange crap goo stuff that makes a mess all over the place. Use silcone dielectric grease on the slider pins and depending on the pads you have, you will use a different grease. If the pads have a rubberized shim like my pads and most OEMs are using these days...do not use any grease on the backs of the pads. If there is no shim, my first choice is 3M brand BRAKE LUBE, it is a high temp Copper enriched anti seize formula with the consistency of vaseline...this is the best. If this is not available, use silver antiseize, if this is not available, use a high temp disc brake wheel bearing grease, like the STALUBE brand orange can stuff. Do not use the CRC disc brake quiet on the slide pins...this will do more damage than good
