Alright here the whole story.

Back in March the wheel cylinders leaked, so I had them replaced along with the brake shoes/drums/hardware kit. They also for some reason turned the front rotors.

Ever since then it has pulsated during a stop. I replaced the front rotors and pads, still did it, replaced the rotors again still does it. For a short time like a day it appeared to be gone, because it didnt do after I drove after replacing the rotors the second time.

Today I dropped $80 for new drums, and the damn thing STILL pulsates.

What else could be causing a pulsation during braking.

By the way the car does not have ABS.
