Just got back to the Gym 3 weeks ago after 3 months or so off. I had worked out for a while before that, so it has been very easy for me to get back into form. I am 5'7 1/2" and ~167 lbs, not looking to get big, just defined and staying healthy.
The supplements that I am taking now are Optimum Nutrition whey-protein 1/day and EAS Phosphagen HP (Creatine with Carbs).
