Not a very convincing argument for conservatives being Nazis. My point is that on that list of stuff, many have been accomplished or are well on the way to being accomplished and that there is a liberal agenda backed by Communism/Socialist ideas. As far as "ultra-nationalism", what's wrong with being gung-ho for the US? Hey, it's our country, it is the best place on Earth. Disregard for the disadvantaged? What so you mean by that. Next, the dislike of immigrants/foreigners, I don't dislike anyone, but what is wrong with asking them to be here legally. The last point you made was increased military spending. The reason you have lots of nice beefy weapons is so that you don't have to use them, it is for your safety and freedom. We don't use these weapons to take countries and make them US colonies, we respond to attacks on our country and if it happens to free these people of autocratic rulers, so much the better. If you have problems with the use of force to do such things and bring other people the freedom that they have never had, then you have problems. We are the strongest bastion of true freedom in this world and you should thank God that you live here.
About the NY Times sound bite, if you listened to it, they are saying the same thing now about us being in Iraq as they did about us being in Germany. The Left never changes. The NY Times is just about the biggest liberal mouthpiece out there. Read that list of Communist Goals again.
