Any chance of a small price war happening between the Vortech and Windjammer superchargers??

Well there really won't be a price small price war only cause Sho-Shop is developing application and there the only one who going to have all the parts to do it, unlike the Vortech where everybody has them for sale.
Plus I think the Windjammer will produce more power cause there no input shaft travling across the engine bay robbing power.
But thats just my 2 cents wink

And since it's only at 6psi (vs Vortechs 9-10psi) you could run it (intercooled) with the 3L's 11 to 1 (vs stock 10-10.25:1)

well...

Jackson Racing makes one for the Focus, write'em and see how much trouble it would be to adapt it to a Contour ... jj

On the supercharger for the Zetec. I'd rather go with a turbo on a small displacement motor like that. First of all the supercharger requires the engine to turn it over robbing power at the head unit so therefore it wouldn't produce all that much power. But a turbo relies on the exhaust/intake pressure to turn over so that would be the way I'd go. Just my opinion.

I have to agree.

Turbo 4-cylinder over a S/C one anyday...
