Here is a pic of the original porsche prototype intake manifold for the 2.5. This engine orginally made 250 HP out of 2.5 liters, not bad at all. Anyway, I like the dual plenum, single throttle body, this is very similar to all the new porsche intake manifolds. Also, remember, all new duratec 3.0 are stuck with the electronic TB, so it really needs to be single TB manifold. If you do produce something like this, I WOULD BE VERY INTERSTED!

Not sure what EFI system, but these runners are WAY TOO SHORT to expect any power below about 8000 RPM or so, these runners look about the same length as Indy or F1 car, and these run around 15,000 RPM.
For peak power around 5,000 to 6,000, the runners should be ab out 6" - 7".

Still waiting to see pictures of previous work as well

TEC2 or DIS, I can't remember. It runs a MAP sensor, hence no MAF needed. Easier to tune force inducted engines with MAP 2 or 3 bar sensor.
As for his short runners someone mentioned, David Godfrey's manifold is for an application that will be under pressure in the future. You would be surprised at how well the current configuration runs... low RPM torque is actually pretty good from what I've heard.

Good job so far! I thought I was the only one that thought my drill press was a milling machine, LOL! How are you going to finish the insides of the runners once all of the port tubes are all welded to the main chamber? Split it down the middle to reach them, then reweld it together again? What are you using for flanges? Flat aluminum stock???
