Okay i just found this forum, and i need help deciding what to do. A few months ago I asked my brothers friend to help me out with making my stereo in my car sound better. I have a 2000 Contour. SO this guy bought off ebay 4 6 by 9 speakers for the doors, a new pioneer premeir head unit, a five channel amp, and a 10" Polk audio sub. So we put all that [censored] in my car and it all worked great. Since then ive fixed a few connections between the amp and speakers. But i dont know if my speakers are blown out or if i need to screw them tighter to the car, because my passenger front speaker always makes a rattling noise. anybody know what could be wrong?
I also was thinking about getting tweeters. Im not sure how much skill it would take for me to put them in, what kind i should get, and where i would put them. Help please..
