Found out why my belt was starting to crack...

Fluke I got it off I stripped the bolt partially trying to get it off, but I was VERY relieved when it came loose.
Half the ball bearings was missing and it rotated, well, it felt like rotating a rusty wheel through a seized brake caliper.
