Infamous horsepower "fix" for the 99 Cobras. Involved a mild extrude-honing of the intake manifold (just enough to remove casting flash), lower restriction mufflers (rumor was OE mufflers were fine, this was to make up for lower than expected compression ratio), and a computer flash. Most 99's dynoed about 20hp shy of expected #'s, so post "fix" cobras were right on target.
