Yes, it's all one "unit" First time I painted the reflector, I taped off my chrome and the lower plastic thing, then the Paint got messed up so I had to redo, and decided to paint the Ford oval in the chrome, and relocate my SVT badge, and to also paint the plastic. I like the painted plastic, makes the back look more like one piece instead of 4. There should be some pics of it in another reflector post from a week ago or so.
