Not if the container was overdesigned to hold the pressure in the first place (because its thickness was dictated by road holding parameters instead), which is what I'm not sure about here.
So if we do need a higher pressure on the lower profile tire, you do need a stronger container to hold that pressure. Steel belts, etc not withstanding.
We don't need a higher design pressure in the tire, but the lower profile causes the same overall pressure to produce a higher pressure concentration at each point on the tire.
