How about simple tune up. It is a '98 and he doesn't list how many miles. He could have a clogged cat. If i remember correctly the '98 are in the group that coudl have that problem. His maybe slight and only effect the upper HP ratings. Plugs with the right gap and wirse may make a difference. What other mods do you have.
