It COULD be the IAC, but it could be a few other things. Umm, are you asking what percentage is the TP at at idle,, as mine too is at 17% but that is the TPS not the IAC. Anyways, I think the IAC is a $50 part and do it yourself so $50 to fix. I don't see why it would take a shop real long to change it,, so maybe an hour labor at a shop, so total $100 or so for a shop to do it.
