It used to be until the Mazdaspeed Protege. According to SCC Magazine. The MSP knocked it off the block.
I'd have to see that info with my own eyes. It's tough to imagine a 4 door car doing better than an ITR, even if it is an MPS or MP3. I'd be more inclined to accept it if you were talking about the Celica GTS or something.
