Oh I don't doubt for a minute SCC said it but that's like saying a "Ricer said yellow stickers add 25HP" and then taking their word for it.
SCC has no credibility based on their dubious history of backing whomever pays the most for advertising...
Go to a major SCCA event or forum of the like and see what is generally seen as the best FWD platform.
