Just for some clarification here. The focus mtx75 box itself will mate onto the 2.5L contour bellhousing which will mate onto the 3.0L with slight or little modification?

Input shafts are diffrent. just found out. I was talking about using the 2.5L bellhousing on the 2.0L gear box. But it wont work because of input shaft diffrences.

I was thinking about moving a 2.5L that I have in a wrecked car over to my manual 2.0L, does that mean that these would have different input shafts as do your 3.0L and 2.0L manual transaxle? Or would I just need a different bellhousing for my situation?

You would need the majority of the front end of the car.

Almost everything is different. (subframe, axles, harnesses, you name it, etc)
