being in the military does no set you above the average person, it makes you less then the average person in a good way, you learn to not just be willing to but proud to jump in front of a bullet to save any civilian, i spent a bit of time was med boarded (the bastards) and am trying to get back in... just my experiance. i was in the army a 11B (infantry) btw..
you think your friends in the world are you friends, yes maybe, probably even... once you hit the military the friends you have here mean so much less to you, bad phrasing on my part, they are just completly different..... in the end all im saying is do it, jump in head first because that pool is always full
