I would just get a el cheap-o alarm..
You could do it with a few relays but as stated before if something opens a door and such then nothing will happen. Plus no remote.. easiest way would be just add starter kill to your ride with a relay. Cut the starter wire and put one side to 87 and the other to 30. then splice into the parking light or any 12 volt when switched wire and run to 86 and ground 85.. THen when the parking lights are turned on it energizes the coil closing the contacts between the two starter wires.
If the parking light is not on then you cannot start the car. Thats the simplest cheapest way to make it a tad difficult to steal a car if thats what your trying to accomplish..
