The 05 Mustang is a gorgeous car with performance to boot (nice change from the 65 Fairlane chassis). If I could afford it; you better believe I'd be ordering mine.

That's your opinion.

Good luck with the Stang!

geez, I hope we sell more than 100k of them, we sell 250k Expeditions and Navigators every year . . .

I must say I do find it ironic that contour owners are whining about mustangs being too "dime a dozen" . . . its like everyone forgets the million or so rental car contours ford sold . . .

I never said anything against rental mustangs at all; in fact, I hope the rental companies buy more and more, it puts more cash in my pocket at the end of the day . . .

Jared, I don't know why everyone is being so negative. Seems many CEGers have a stick up there butt that they just can't seem to push out.
The 05 mustang is a lot better than the current stang and a great deal for the price. Though you already know that.
I know you'll love it, have fun.

Good luck finding a Ford automobile that's not distributed through Hertz. Fleet sales create economy of scale.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if you don't find the new Mustangs at a Hertz for a while. By all accounts, Ford will have a hard enough time building the cars fast enough to keep up with consumer demand to siphon some off to fleets.
