I don't do anything Fram. I just can't believe that they can seperate their junk oil filter tecnology from any other technology they might have.

I have gone with a motorcraft and the NAPA Gold. Both are quality pieces.

I removed the fuel cap...and disconnected the battery (to remove power to the fuel pump) then let sit overnight. No excess pressure when I did mine..but you'll always have a little spillage...
