You are correct. If the SC had been the cause of a bearing failure, it would have been progressive over a longer time by increased wear, not a all of a sudden type of thing. If it would have been a piston, valve, or head gasket I would have been on the horn to Vortech complaining my guts out. With the way it was, I blame my right foot and the resulting high RPM... wait a minute, I blame that damn Scooby WRX aaannnnananan Trapps, ya, that's it and my friend who wanted to take a picture passing the WRX at over 130, ya that's it, they owe me an engine...... :rolleyes:

I'm just glad Silvie had enough left over to drive up the ramp onto the auto transport Uhaul... then up the driveway when I got home... poor Silvie... can I get an "Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhwwwwww" from you guys? :rolleyes: Don't feel sorry for me, just know that it's a good idea to run a supplimental oiling system if you're going to spin up to redline in the top gears because it takes a lot longer to get there than it does in 1, 2, and 3, even with the SC.
