your ECU...but unless you have water inside the car i doubt its damaged (as in water damage in the cloth on the inside) because if where its mounted......the wiring harness is probably soaked which means it needs replaced...if you dont repalce it, it will only get worse...not better.

Hey tho, just for kicks, try to get a picture of all the lights on (if you can)  Does the seatbelt guy come on too?

Car is in the shop right now.. I couldn't take it anymore.. radio would short out at 40mph and come back on below... too trippy for me..
Yeh, all the lights would come on.. lights I didn't even know exsisted

Ended up being an alternator.. Dealer replaced for free because they just replaced it 3 months ago.

Interesting. I drove my SVT once through a thunderstorm several years ago (hasn't been out in the rain since) and I got every light on the dash to light up along with the interior lights. Oddly enough if I opened the door and closed it it seemed to make it go away for a while.
