I am confused.. and if anyone has any ideas at all, that would be great.
After that rain and driving through several floods.. my whole neighbrohood pretty much.. my car has been acting strange. Through this all it still runs perfectly fine, but the battery light comes on at stop.. then from 750 to 1500 rpm it turns off.. then at 3000 rpm EVERY SINGLE LIGHT comes on.. ABS, Ebrake, battery, even the airbag light comes on and stays like that until I get back down to 1500 again... the car still runs perfectly fine again.. I don't understand.. any help would be awesome.

there is water in you rwiring harness maybe? how deep was the water??

Air Bag Light!?!??! Hope your not close to the Air Bag!
Yep, sounds like the harness got watered down... though I never had that happen and I drive in many huge puddles (drove in a huge one today that i coulda sworn was soakin the lower engine...) That air bag light scares me... I should get an Air Bag simulator... then again, what would happen if i just unplugged both airbags safely? then left it that way..

most cars i know of have a thing on the plug...you unplug the bag and it could go off...
my moms car has a deal on it where if the Airbag is unplugged for any reason the car will not start until it is plugged back in and the memory is wiped fromt he ECU by a dealer...

Ya hafta discharge the backup power source (Mitchell says 1 minute, though I hear people on CEG saying discharge the airbag unit for about 30 minutes...) But you can buy an Air Bag simulator (what michell is telling me) to plug in the air bag's place to use if airbag has gone off before, or airbag is malfunctioning... might just get one cus i dont want to be hit with an Air Bag... seatbelt should be good enough, thing locks up alot anyway...

ok so other then the airbag... if it is a soaked wiring harness what can I do about it?

my 96 tour does the same thing. i also get a serious amount of smoke(maybe steam) coming from the passenger side. this jsut recently b/c of all the big storms that went through the midwest this past week.

Now the radio shorts out around 40mph... this is getting to be a little much... if it keeps up Ill have to bend over for the dealer, and I don't really feel like doing that again.

that wont help, once electronics are wet, they dont fix without replacement...
