What is your actual camber readings. I believe that the outer limit of spec can bee too much negative camber. You need to get it down to something less than 1.0 negative camber, preferably closer to .5. I set mine to nearly 0 for optimal tire wear and it worked, but I'm sure that handling has suffered.
I think that most SVT owners would find a reading of about .5 to .7 negative camber would be a reasonable compromise.
If you have readings up nearly 1.5 negative camber you will be wearing tires.
Also chech to make sure your control arm bushings are not worn and saging.
