No, he is from Australia. I'm pretty sure he knows the car isn't. Ross is right, he has one of the first turbo SVT's. His handle here on CEG is 'Stazi the Aussie'. I haven't seen him around here lately, since he got hit a while back.
Anyway, as far as asethetics goes, that's really very easy to look like that. Under the hood is a different story.  You missed the triple gauge pod in the A-pillar.
