The 10psi isn't marginal, its actually the pulley size... The prop shaft specifically is the problem, Vortech had a brain fart in their infinite wisdom and didn't think about people tuning up the kit or increasing the boost by using a smaller pulley. The prop shaft itself is not strong enough to handle the extra tension caused by the smaller pulley.
I am working on having a new hardened prop shaft made, I am also working with an engine builder that is going to design a new oil pan for us to prevent the infamous oil starvation and should cost considerably less then Mr. Mirko's pan.
